Our busiest time of year is from July to November, and we’re looking for a practical, reliable Operations Assistant to join our close-knit team during this peak period. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organised, and being part of a friendly, hard-working environment, we’d love to hear from you. This job is very suited to students.
The Role
This role is very suited to students and is a key support role during our busiest season. You’ll be picking orders, helping to assemble a wide range of creative kits — putting together carefully prepared packs of materials that are sent out to schools and colleges across the country, and packing orders. Depending on employee performance and market conditions, this role could be made permanent.
Day-to-day tasks include:
· Assembling creative kits with multiple components
· Picking orders quickly and accurately
· Packing orders quickly and accurately
· Organising materials and maintaining work areas
· General support to help keep operations running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
· Someone who is practical, organised and detail-oriented
· A team player who can also work independently
· Able to manage repetitive, hands-on tasks with care and consistency
· Comfortable with physical tasks - some lifting and standing involved
