Your Role Will Involve:
- Executing premium painting and decorating work to the highest professional standards
- Creating sophisticated faux finishes and decorative paint effects
- Applying traditional limewashing techniques for authentic period finishes
- Hanging bespoke and luxury wallpapers with precision pattern matching
- Performing intricate high-level brushwork and detailed cutting-in
- Working with premium paints, specialty coatings, and designer materials
- Spray painting woodwork and joinery (nice to have)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a skilled Painter & Decorator with advanced techniques
- Expertise in high-quality painting, cutting-in, and surface preparation
- Strong ability in faux finishing and decorative paint effects
- Experience with traditional lime-based paints and heritage techniques
- Precision wallpaper hanging skills including pattern matching and complex installations
- Advanced brushwork capabilities and attention to fine detail
- Knowledge of premium paints, coatings, and specialty materials
- Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Exceptional eye for colour, finish quality, and aesthetic detail
- Full UK driving licence (for company van)
- Bonus: Experience with listed buildings or heritage restoration decorating
