Key Responsibilities
- Collect, load, and transport waste and recyclable materials safely and efficiently.
- Assist drivers with waste collection rounds where required.
- Operate equipment and machinery in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure waste is handled, sorted, and disposed of in line with environmental regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Carry out daily vehicle and equipment checks where appropriate.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing Scott Waste Ltd professionally.
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures at all times.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to carry out manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Previous experience in waste management, recycling, construction, or a similar industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work available depending on business needs.
