Mr Tyre is hiring an experienced Branch Manager for our busy and high-performing centre in Kettering.

We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven Branch Manager to take the lead at our busy and dynamic centre. This is not a role for first-time managers or those without solid automotive experience. We need a strong leader who can hit the ground running and manage high demand with confidence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to meet performance targets
- Ensure the delivery of top-tier customer service at all times
- Oversee workshop efficiency, safety, and quality of work
- Manage stock, suppliers, budgets, and branch profitability
- Maintain a positive, productive working environment
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally under pressure
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven branch/centre management experience in the automotive aftermarket or fast-fit sector
- Strong technical understanding of tyres, servicing, repairs, and MOTs
- A confident leader with excellent people management skills
- Commercially aware and focused on delivering both profit and service excellence
- Ability to stay calm and in control under pressure
