We are an established and expanding Sash Window and Door company based in Guildford, Surrey, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We operate from our manufacturing plant and offices in Guildford, alongside our showroom in Cobham.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and professional Paint Sprayer, ideally with experience spraying water-based paints within the timber or joinery industry.
Working within our busy paint shop, you will be responsible for producing a high-quality finish across a range of bespoke timber products, including:
- Timber sash windows
- Casement windows and frames
- Timber doors and frames
- Bespoke joinery items
The role will also involve assisting with the preparation and hanging of joinery onto our racking system ready for spraying.
This is a physical and hands-on role, involving regular lifting and movement of timber products throughout the working day.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in paint spraying, preferably within the timber/joinery sector
- Experienced with water-based paint systems
- Focused on producing a consistently high-quality finish
- Reliable, punctual and committed to their work
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Capable of managing their own workload and working to deadlines
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Professional, positive and keen to develop their skills
