This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workforce professional to join Sirona at a time of significant transformation within Children's Services. Working as a strategic partner to senior leaders, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of several high-profile programmes with complex workforce implications.
Initially, the post holder will focus on supporting major workforce transformation activity across Children's Services, including service improvement programmes, workforce redesign and organisational development initiatives. You will help leaders navigate change, manage workforce risks and develop sustainable workforce solutions that improve outcomes for children, young people and families.
The role will also provide workforce leadership to emerging service developments, including a large-scale neurodiversity programme aimed at improving access to services and reducing waiting times. In addition, you will support workforce planning and change associated with future commissioning and service redesign activity.
We are looking for a credible and experienced workforce professional with a strong track record of leading workforce transformation, organisational change and strategic workforce planning within complex organisations. Lead the workforce elements of major transformation and improvement programmes across Children's Services.
Support senior leaders to develop and implement workforce solutions that enable sustainable, high-quality services.
Provide strategic workforce advice on organisational change, workforce redesign, consultation and service development.
Lead workforce planning activity, ensuring services have the capacity and capability required to meet current and future demand.
Support the delivery of key programmes, including service developments aimed at improving access and reducing waiting times for children and young people.
Use workforce data and insight to identify risks, inform decision-making and improve service performance.
Build strong relationships with operational leaders, system partners and trade union representatives to support successful change delivery.
Coach and support managers through complex workforce challenges, helping to create positive, engaged and high-performing teams.
Contribute to future service redesign, commissioning and transformation activity, ensuring workforce implications are identified and effectively managed.
Work collaboratively across the People, Development and Communications function to deliver innovative workforce solutions aligned to organisational priorities.
