Frelan Hardware is a third-generation family business based in London, supplying contemporary and architectural hardware for residential & commercial projects across the UK & Ireland. What you'll be doing
You'll own the product data and digital publishing process from start to finish. This includes working in our ERP system to create new product codes, kit codes, components, finishes and variants, then making sure that information is uploaded correctly to Shopify and kept up to date across our website.
You'll maintain product images, data sheets, technical information, descriptions, specifications and product details, making sure everything is accurate, current and easy for the team and customers to access.
You'll also keep our How To Buy channel updated, making sure products are live, correct and easy for customers and stockists to find.
A key part of the role will be working closely with our partnered distributors, sending them new product information, updates, images, spec sheets, CSV files and data packs when needed. You'll also be responsible for keeping our customer Dropbox data links up to date, so distributors and customers always have access to the latest product information.

The details
- Location: Mitcham, office-based (Unit 10, Industrial Estate)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Salary: £27,000–£32,000 depending on experience
- Getting here: On-site parking, with easy access from Tooting Station and Tooting Broadway Station, plus Lime bikes available locally
- Work authorisation: Right to work in the United Kingdom (required)
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
