The Role
As a Client Manager, you'll be the key contact and trusted partner for a portfolio of clients, playing a crucial role in driving their success on Amazon. Your mission is to build strong, strategic relationships, guide clients through their growth journey, and ensure a seamless, impactful experience with Rosetta Brands.
You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing Client Management team that takes pride in delivering real results and creating long-lasting client partnerships. Whether meeting face-to-face or engaging via email and video calls, you'll lead discussions around sales strategies, performance insights, and growth opportunities — including upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
With accurate performance data at your fingertips, you'll offer clear, actionable feedback on sales trends, fulfilment rates, and account progression. Your attention to detail and coordination with internal teams will ensure client expectations are not only met — but consistently exceeded.
