Duties
- Cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing hair according to client preferences and current trends
- Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintaining a clean and organised work station.
- Upselling additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction.
- Managing front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client reception, and payment processing
Skills
- Proven experience in hairdressing with a strong portfolio of work
- Proficiency in barbering techniques is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
