Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and flexible Multi-Skilled Team Member to join our team at Spark by Hilton London Romford.
This is a hands-on hospitality role where you will work across Reception, Bar and Breakfast, depending on the needs of the hotel. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with guests, can adapt quickly and is happy to support different areas of the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional service at Reception.
- Complete check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and any issues in a professional manner.
- Assist with reservations, payments and general reception duties.
- Prepare and serve drinks at the hotel bar and provide friendly bar service.
- Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming bar area.
- Assist with breakfast service, including setting up, replenishing food and maintaining presentation standards.
- Clear and reset tables and ensure the breakfast area remains clean throughout service.
- Support with basic food and beverage preparation where required.
- Assist other departments with operational tasks when needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest service across the hotel.
- Follow hotel procedures, health and safety requirements and Hilton standards.
- Work flexibly across different shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and busy periods.
- Work as part of a team while also being confident working independently.

- Previous hotel, reception, bar or breakfast experience is desirable but not essential.
Pay: £13.00 per hour
