We are looking for an ambitious and motivated senior consultant to join our successful Nailsea team. Covering Nailsea, Backwell, Yatton, Clevedon and the surrounding areas, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a varied property market ranging from first-time buyer homes to substantial country properties.
This role would suit someone who is driven, professional and passionate and really wants to take the lead and be involved in a busy branch.
What's on Offer?
- Salary from £27,000 to £29,000, with an OTE of £33,000 to £35,000, plus various incentives and commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through applicant registration, lead follow-up and canvassing
- Conduct property valuations and bring new homes to market
- Maintain vendor relationships and carry out property viewings
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
- Progress sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, brokers, surveyors, buyers and sellers
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in sales, estate agency in a senior capacity
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident negotiator with a professional presentation
- Proficient using CRM systems and sales software
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Organised, results-driven, and customer focused
