Overview
We are looking for an assistant manager with experience of group bookings to join the team at Reardon's Southside ahead of a relaunch this summer. This is an exciting time for the company as we expand our offering and work towards building a new entertainment hub in the south side of Glasgow.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the competitive socialising side of hospitality and be used to managing large group bookings (work nights out, birthdays, etc)
Responsibilities
- Running the business in the general manager's absence
- Managing and promoting group bookings and private functions
- Working with the general manager on stock control
- Working with the general manager to manage the team
- Maintaining high levels of customer service and food and drinks quality
Requirements
- At least 1+ years experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the competitive socialising side of hospitality
- Experience with group bookings and functions
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment as we build the relaunch of the business
