We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our rapidly growing, progressive and dynamic business. You will play a key role in delivering exciting trade marketing campaigns, events, and customer communications that support our continued growth domestically and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Trade Marketing Coordinator, you'll help bring trade marketing plans to life while ensuring projects run smoothly from brief through to execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating creative briefs, workflows, campaigns, advertising, and marketing materials
- Assisting with the design, build and coordination of trade shows
- Supporting the delivery of our trade communications programme, including LinkedIn content and email marketing
- Maintaining and developing marketing databases and mailing lists
- Raising sales and purchase orders and managing product administration within our ERP system
- Coordinating award submissions, product sample requests, and international courier shipments
- Supporting shopper marketing initiatives, field sampling activities, and trade events
- Managing trade show requirements, including logistics, promotional materials, product samples, and supplier liaison
- Tracking project timelines, budgets, and campaign delivery to ensure activities are completed successfully
- Supporting budget management, purchase orders, spend tracking, and accrual reporting
- Producing reports on campaign performance, events, and sampling activities
- Maintaining and improving internal systems, processes, and data accuracy across our product information systems
What we're Looking For
You'll be someone who loves organisation, takes pride in getting the details right, and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.
Essential Skills & Experience
· Degree-level education (desirable)
· Previous experience in a marketing, trade marketing, FMCG, events, or similar coordination role
· Excellent organisational and time-management skills
· Strong attention to detail and reporting capability
· Confident using Microsoft 365 applications
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Comfortable working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
· Analytical mindset with the ability to review and challenge data
· Experience maintaining records, documentation, and meeting notes
· Full UK driving licence
· FMCG industry experience
· Exposure to trade shows, exhibitions, or event coordination
