Your Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll play a vital part in our residents' daily lives, supporting not just their care needs, but also emotional reassurance happiness and wellbeing too.
You'll help residents:

What You'll Be Doing

Providing personal care with dignity, respect, and kindness

Monitoring wellbeing and health, reporting any changes

Working closely with your team and healthcare professionals

Keeping clear and accurate care records

Pay Scale

£13.00 per hour

£16.25 per hour (weekends)

£26.00 per hour (bank holidays)
Enhanced rates with Care Certificate:
Higher rate for Care Certificate (Don't have your Care Certificate yet? We'll support you to achieve it!)
