We're looking for a Control Room Analyst to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation through resource planning, systems management, and operational reporting. Working closely with colleagues across the site, you'll help ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time while providing vital administrative and technical support to the wider team.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Producing and maintaining operational reports, tracking performance and resource requirements across the site
Updating and maintaining systems, databases, Power BI dashboards, and workforce management tools
Supporting resource planning activities to ensure operational demand is met
Recording actions and maintaining documentation from performance reviews, 1-to-1 meetings, and operational investigations
Working with colleagues across the operation to provide information, organise activities, and support day-to-day site communications
