Role purpose:
Our Client Service Specialists are the first point of contact in and out of the business and so are a key interface between us and our clients. This is an opportunity to be a part of a fantastic, collaborative, growing team. You will work closely with Advisers and Administrators to ensure our clients receive the best service and support. In addition, you will have the opportunity to train within the specialist admin function to broaden your skill set and further your career. This is a hybrid role once established
Key responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver an excellent customer experience in line with company values
- Acknowledge and respond to client queries across varied subjects via phone, email or in app messaging
- Ensure that clients are kept informed on the progress of their transactions and queries
- Work within set SLA’s
- Manage Adviser diaries
- Support clients in getting the most from our LifeStage Money App; ensuring the App is functional clients understand the features it provides fully
- Contribute to and assist with business projects and initiatives
- Complete ad hoc tasks as required
- Adhere to all internal policies and FCA compliance requirements, ensuring customer data is always handled securely and confidentially.
Person profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening ability
- Strong desire to learn and develop within the Financial Services industry
- You should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Target-driven, commercially aware, and resilient
- Numerically confident with an aptitude for financial concepts
- Confident using technology and learning new systems
Qualifications and work experience:
- Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role within the Financial Services industry
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Previous experience using IO is desirable but not essential.
