About the Job
Day to day you'll be planning, creating and editing content across social media and our website, scheduling our day-to-day social postings and ensuring everything that goes out has a commercial benefit to the business.
In addition, you’ll be on the road a few times a month directing shoots with our Sales Valuers and Viewing Agent to create commercially focussed videos for our auction lots.
We list hundreds of unique properties and plots of land each year and you’ll have the freedom to develop eye-catching ideas and specific stories for them, whether informative, humorous or on trend.
It’s a small team and we move fast so you’ll be involved with the full spectrum of Marketing activities – administration, data analysis, long-form blog writing, mailshots and supporting event management. There will be occasional early morning and late night event work.
About the Candidate
You’ll be a content creator able to write, film and edit engaging content for different audiences across different platforms. You’ll be comfortable telling people where to stand, what to say and how best to say it.
A storyteller who is proficient in Adobe Premier Pro (or other video tools) has livestreaming knowledge and is an expert in design tools such as Canva or InDesign.
You will likely be in your first or second job and looking to take the next step to further your career.
Experience in property auctions or an estate agency environment would be a bonus but not at all essential. The important thing is you are full of ideas, energy and ambition.
