Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced End of Tenancy Team Leader to oversee and coordinate end of tenancy cleaning and property clearance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. This role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, and maintaining client satisfaction.The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and fostering a positive team environment.
Duties
- Lead and supervise a team of cleaning operatives during end of tenancy projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Coordinate schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on progress
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with company standards
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering professional development and enhancing team performance
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times during operations
Experience
- Proven management or supervisory experience within the cleaning or facilities management sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and staff from different backgrounds
- Demonstrable analysis skills to evaluate operational performance and implement improvements
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication in a multicultural environment
- Previous experience in end of tenancy or property clearance services is advantageous but not essential; relevant training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Driving licence with car ( if you use your car we pay you per mile)
Pay: £17.50 per hour
