Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. This role combines the responsibilities of a cook and barista..
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the café, assisting with food preparation, grill cooking, plating and serving meals, taking customer orders, and delivering excellent customer service. Barista experience is an advantage, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
You will help maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and food safety while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and lunch menu items
- Grill cooking ,assembling sandwiches,salads and baked goods and plating meals to a high standard
- Making and serving hot and cold drinks, including coffee
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Serving food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the café
- Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working effectively as part of a small, friendly team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous café, kitchen, or hospitality experience preferred
- Barista experience is an advantage
- A positive, hardworking attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for food, coffee, and hospitality

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
