Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, Connolly is looking for experienced Window Fitters to join our Social Housing team across Blackburn/ Bolton/ Burnley area(s)
We're recruiting both individual fitters and established fitting teams for long-term window replacement programmes within occupied homes.
If you take pride in delivering quality workmanship and are looking for reliable, ongoing work with a well-established contractor, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
Working on Social Housing refurbishment projects, you'll be responsible for installing windows to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service and minimal disruption to residents.
What You'll Be Doing

Installing windows and associated products to a high-quality, snag-free finish
- Working safely and efficiently within occupied properties
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Providing a professional and customer-focused service to residents
- Working in line with company Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining company equipment and reporting any issues when required
What We're Looking For

Previous window fitting experience
- Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS Card preferred but not essential
- Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential
