Moose Coffee is an award-winning North American Canadian diner who are hiring for a General Manager to join our growing family in Media City, Manchester.
Competitive package salary of up to £55,000 per annum.
We are a North-west family-owned business established for 15 years, and we aim to deliver an authentic American, Canadian dining experience to all our guests. Our stores are currently based in Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds and we are looking to grow our business and Family!
The ideal person will be a General Manager or an inspiring and positive leader with amazing customer service experience and high food standards.
The Moose General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of their store including sales driving, scheduling and labour control, stock control, ordering, team training and development, all aspects of the Moose Coffee business.
We expect the General Manager to motivate and develop a team whilst running the business both effectively and to its full potential.
We are a DAYTIME business, so no late nights!
