Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional front of house member that will primarily be working behind our bar. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, serving drinks and supporting the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. Previous experience in bar work is essential, along with a passion for food and drink service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
- Take accurate food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
- Assist with food preparation and organisation as required
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Support baristas with drink preparation when necessary
- Uphold food safety standards and comply with health regulations at all times
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Barista experience is desirable but not essential; training can be provided
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- A keen interest in food, beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- 18+ only.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
