Customer Service Account Manager Join the Phase Team
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Customer Service Account Manager to join our team.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be speaking with customers, helping manage print projects, preparing job instructions, coordinating work through our production departments and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

The Role
As a Customer Service Account Manager you will:
- Be the main point of contact for your customers.
- Build strong relationships through excellent customer service.
- Prepare accurate job instructions for production.
- Liaise with customers by telephone and email.
- Create customer estimates and monitor conversion rates.
- Coordinate work through our internal departments.
- Manage multiple jobs while ensuring deadlines are met.
- Use our management systems to process estimates, create orders and monitor progress.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
- You will also monitor new business and help to maintain growth.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a customer-facing account management or customer service role.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical with figures and detail.
- Full driving licence and own transport due to our location.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience within commercial print, packaging or direct mail.
- Experience using MIS systems such as Tharstern.
- Understanding of print-ready artwork.
- Experience of artwork submission systems.
- Experience handling Mailing Data and working with DSA's.
