Key Responsibilities
- Lead technology strategy and engineering operations
- Oversee software development, delivery, and technical governance
- Manage engineering managers, technical leads, and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders on technology initiatives
- Monitor technology performance, budgets, delivery metrics, and operational objectives
- Drive continuous improvement across development processes and engineering standards
- Support innovation, architecture planning, and technology roadmaps
- Prepare executive reports and strategic technology recommendations

Pay: £88,000.00-£118,000.00 per year
