HairNova Angel is hiring stylists to join our growing salon team in Islington.
HairNova started in North London and has quickly grown into a fast-expanding salon brand, working with a wide range of clients, including social media personalities, Love Island stars, YouTubers and TOWIE cast members. Just two years later, we now have three salon locations, with our Angel salon continuing to attract a growing client base across Islington and the surrounding areas.
Our Angel team is expanding, and we are looking for confident, professional and motivated stylists to help us manage increasing demand.
This is a great opportunity for a stylist who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to grow their column, develop their skills and flourish within a busy, ambitious salon environment.
We also own a professional training academy, giving our team access to ongoing upskilling, education and development opportunities to help them progress in their hairdressing careers.
Responsibilities include:
- Carrying out high-quality hair services, including cutting, colouring, blow-dries, styling, balayage, highlights and treatments
- Providing professional consultations for new and returning clients
- Delivering excellent client care from consultation through to the finished result
- Recommending suitable services, treatments and aftercare products
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Encouraging rebooking and improving client retention
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional work area
- Working closely with the team to create a positive salon environment
- Supporting salon standards, presentation and day-to-day operations
- Representing the HairNova brand professionally at all times
Hair extension experience is a bonus.

Pay: £26,538.48-£52,000.00 per year
