About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and proactive Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative and organisational support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, appointments, and meetings
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails professionally
- Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organising travel arrangements and accommodation when required
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and company records
- Scheduling meetings and taking minutes where necessary
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing general administrative support to management
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assisting with office organisation and day-to-day operations
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Professional appearance and manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Desirable
- Experience using office management software
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or invoicing
- Full UK driving licence (if applicable)
