About the Role
We're looking for energetic, friendly and hardworking Front of House Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced brunch restaurant. You'll be responsible for creating memorable guest experiences from the moment customers arrive until they leave, ensuring every table receives warm, efficient and professional service.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, thrives under pressure and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a warm and genuine smile.
- Seat customers and manage table rotations efficiently.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the EPOS system.
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction.
- Recommend menu items, specials and upsell drinks, desserts and extras.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain excellent communication with the kitchen and bar.
- Reset and prepare tables quickly between guests.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised and presentation-ready at all times.
- Handle customer questions and resolve minor issues professionally.
- Support the wider team during busy service periods.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
