The Swan Hotel is gearing up for a busy Summer Season.Food and Beverage is big business here at The Swan and we are now looking to add to our Management Team with additional Assistant Food and Beverage Managers to support our established and committed Management Team
Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager,this role requires previous industry experience.If you have experience of working front of house in hospitality and have a passion for delivering excellent service to guests,are a people person and thrive in working in a team environment we want to hear form you.

Duties will Include
- Undertaking all Duty Manager responsibilities
- Overseeing all F&B operations to include bar,restaurant and events
- Communicate effectively across all hotel departments
- Identify areas for improvement using KPI's
- Cash handling and preparation
- Focus on delivering the very best experience for our guests
- Deputise for Food & Beverage Manager in their absence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
