Job Summary
PeopleHawk is looking for an ambitious Social Media & Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Belfast team on a full-time, six-month fixed-term contract.
This is an early-career opportunity for a recent graduate or developing marketer who wants genuine responsibility and the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a growing digital business.
You will help develop PeopleHawk’s social media presence, build engagement with Gen Z audiences, support paid digital advertising, improve our visibility across Google and AI-powered search, and coordinate activity with external marketing and creative agencies.
The role will initially be office-based in Belfast and may particularly suit someone based locally or returning to Northern Ireland after completing their studies elsewhere in the UK or Ireland.
Following a successful period in the role, some hybrid working may be considered. Subject to performance and business requirements, there may also be an opportunity for the position to become permanent.
Duties
- Develop ideas for growing an engaged Gen Z community around the PeopleHawk brand.
- Create and coordinate content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Develop short-form video, Reels, posts, campaigns, captions, hooks and calls to action.
- Identify relevant social trends and opportunities for PeopleHawk to join conversations around careers, education, skills and the future of work.
- Help turn PeopleHawk platform features, career insights and content into engaging social media campaigns.
- Support the development and management of Google Ads and paid social advertising campaigns.
- Assist with audience targeting, campaign creative, messaging and testing.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, conversions and other relevant digital metrics.
- Support SEO, Google search visibility and search-led content development.
- Help improve how PeopleHawk is represented within AI-generated search results and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Research emerging AI marketing tools and identify practical ways they could support content creation, search visibility and audience growth.
- Work closely with PeopleHawk’s senior leadership team on marketing and growth initiatives.
- Coordinate input and activity from external marketing, creative and digital agencies.
- Help prepare briefs, track agreed actions and ensure campaigns and projects progress effectively.
- Contribute ideas to wider brand, customer acquisition and digital growth activity.
- Review performance data and use insights to improve future campaigns and content.
