Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Cocktail Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails to a high standard
- Create new and innovative drink recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Ensure all drinks are prepared in line with licensing laws and safety standards
- Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or cocktail maker at least 1 year
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixing techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy shifts
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
