Swift Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative to join their friendly and modern production facility in Deeside.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing, full-time work within a clean, organised and supportive working environment.
The role is centred around paint spraying finished products, making sure an even coating is covered and good quality is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting components on a production line to a high standard
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Working towards production targets (approximately 80 bottles per hour once fully trained)
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Following all health & safety and quality procedures
- Supporting the wider production team when required
What We're Looking For
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
- Happy working in a standing position for the majority of the shift
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work consistently towards production targets while maintaining quality
- Someone looking for a long-term opportunity
