About us
We are a nationwide facilities partner helping commercial kitchens run reliably, efficiently and sustainably. From supplying and maintaining foodservice equipment to using data for smarter, lower-impact operations, we help some of the UK's best-known brands eliminate waste, reduce downtime and extend the life of every asset.
We are proudly family-run, purpose-driven and genuinely invested in the people who work here. We have built a strong reputation over seventeen years, not just for the work we do but for the way we do it. Our Wellingborough office is lively, supportive and rooted in a culture of accountability, kindness and collaboration where people are valued for the contribution they make. Our service partners are manufacturer-trained and our team bring deep industry knowledge to every client relationship. If you know commercial catering equipment, you will feel at home here.
The opportunity
This is a hands-on specialist role sitting across two areas that are central to how Arolite delivers for its clients, repairs sourcing and quotations and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) coordination.
You will bring the technical knowledge needed to interpret engineer reports and produce accurate repair quotes, while also owning the scheduling and administration of PPM programmes across a range of clients and sites. It is a role where your industry knowledge genuinely matters and where the work you produce has a direct impact on the clients depending on it.
The pace is real. Call volumes fluctuate, contracts are each treated differently and no two days look the same. You will need to be adaptable, technically sharp and comfortable managing multiple things at once. What you will not have to do is figure it out alone.
You will be welcomed into a team that communicates well, pulls together under pressure and takes real pride in the standard of what it delivers.
"It is really nice working at Arolite, everyone is friendly, patient and helpful especially when you first start. You don't feel bad about asking lots of questions, it is encouraged"
Georgia, Service Team Coordinator
"Plenty of tasks and new challenges each day keep you engaged"
Daniel, Service Team Coordinator
"Arolite do like to check in and make sure everything is ok when they can sense it is a busy time, which is a nice touch"
Amy, Service Team Coordinator
"The team thrives on teamwork, collaboration, honesty and trust. There is a real family feel throughout, the directors genuinely care about the people here and take the time for a chat with everyone, not just the senior team"
Lauren, Service Team Leader
If you have hands-on experience in commercial catering equipment, take pride in accuracy and want to be part of a team that genuinely invests in the work it does and the people who do it, we would love to hear from you.
