The Opportunity
Your journey will begin within our established operational children’s home in Walsall Wood, which is an operational 2x bedded EBD home.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and develop an innovative model of care that prioritises stability, healing, and long-term outcomes for children and young people.

- Learn the therapeutic model in practice
- Support the development of the home’s culture and systems

- Participation in the Managers Development Programme
Phase 2 – Registration Pathway (3–6 Months)
Following a successful induction and development period, the intention is for you to progress toward registration as the Registered Manager for our second children’s home located in Wednesbury.
At this stage, you will:
- Begin preparing your Ofsted registration application
- Continue receiving mentoring and leadership support
- Support both homes operationally during the transition period
- Contribute to service development and quality assurance
- Develop confidence in all aspects of residential leadership and management
Phase 3 – Transition Into Registered Manager Role (Wednesbury)
Once your registration application is processed, you will transition into a full-time management role at the Wednesbury home.
This is your opportunity to:
- Recruit and develop your own staff team
- Shape the culture and identity of the home
- Prepare the service for registration and opening
- Embed therapeutic and trauma-informed practice from the outset
- Develop systems, routines, and leadership structures
- Build a home environment aligned with our ANESI values
Due to current Ofsted registration delays, this transition period may take up to 12 months, providing valuable time to fully prepare for registration, strengthen your leadership capability, and truly make the Wednesbury home your own before becoming the registered manager.
