We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our small friendly team. As a crucial part of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. If you have a passion for bartending and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you. Candidate must be at least 18 years old. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is highly valued.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Basic bartending skills or willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
