Job Title: Senior Administrator / Team Leader
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (Senior Administrator) | £40,000 – £47,000 (Paraplanner level)
Location: Grimsby (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 from home)

Salary & Benefits:
• Basic Salary:
- £30,000 – £40,000 (Senior Administrator)
- £40,000 – £47,000 (Paraplanner level)

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Flexible approach to working hours (early/late start and finish options available)
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within Financial Planning / Wealth Management
- Strong background supporting Financial Advisors in an administrative or paraplanning capacity
- Comfortable working in a client-focused, professional environment
- Experience with back-office systems (e.g. Intelligent Office) is advantageous
- A proactive and organised approach, with strong attention to detail
- Someone looking to take the next step in their career, either as a senior specialist or into a leadership role
Responsibilities & Duties:
• Supporting advisors in delivering a high-quality, client-centric service
- Managing client applications, documentation, and ongoing servicing tasks
- Handling more complex administrative work with accuracy and efficiency
- Acting as a senior member of the team, providing guidance and support to colleagues
- Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes
- Playing a key role in maintaining high standards of compliance and client care
- Supporting training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the team
- Collaborating closely with advisors and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
