Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and networking events to promote our services.
- Maintain and update Excell sheet to track interactions and sales pipelines.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and account management.
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to optimise strategies and achieve targets.
- Attend industry conferences and events to enhance brand visibility and establish professional networks.
Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the relevant industry.
- Proficiency in Excel for managing client information and sales activities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
- Knowledge of Excel is highly desirable.
