Nexus Recruitment are seeking a client facing Property Client Coordinator for an established real estate firm in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer focused individual with strong communication skills and experience in managing client relationships, diaries for appointments and sales enquiries. Working as part of a busy and established team, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, scheduling appointments and playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service, managing enquiries and ensuring service levels are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive customer service
- Manage and coordinate diaries, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently across
- Handle client enquiries, provide quotations, and support booking requests
- Maintain accurate records and databases using internal systems
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Support with administrative tasks and ensure all client information is handled confidentially
- Work towards agreed performance targets, including booking levels and call activity
- Identify opportunities to support business growth through excellent customer engagement and service delivery
Required attributes:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within real estate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
