Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests
Provide exceptional customer service
Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness in the bar
Keep the bar stocked correctly and items replaced as necessary
Support team members during busy periods
Help maintain inventory levels and stock rotation
Utilise time management skills to ensure smooth workflow
Offer assistance with upselling to enhance customer experience
Skills
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is necessary
Knowledge of food safety practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high standards.
