We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming and supportive nursery team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, contributing to learning journals (Famly experience desirable).
- Act as a key person, building secure, positive relationships with children and families.
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and staff-to-child ratios are maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
About You:
- Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential).
- Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting children to reach their full potential.
