Are you well-organised, personable and happy spending your days on the road? We're looking for a Merchandiser to join our Oakfield Field Team, covering pharmacies across Wales and the surrounding area. In this varied role, you'll travel between our community pharmacy sites, making sure they look their best and are stocked to support the customers who rely on them.
A graduate or someone with a relevant qualification in merchandising, business, fashion, retail, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key responsibilities:
- Visit pharmacies across Wales and nearby regions to deliver consistent, high-quality merchandising standards
- Set up displays, promotional materials and seasonal campaigns in line with company guidelines
- Replenish shelves, rotate stock and ensure products are presented attractively and accurately priced
- Build strong working relationships with pharmacy teams and support them with in-store presentation
- Feed back insights from your visits to help improve layouts, ranges and customer experience
- Plan your travel and daily schedule efficiently to make the most of your time on the road
What we're looking for:
- A confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with different teams
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in how things look
- Well-organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing your own workload
- Physically able to handle stock, set up displays and be on your feet throughout the day
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across Wales and the surrounding area
- Previous merchandising, retail or pharmacy experience is welcome, though not essential
