We are looking for a proactive and organised Data & Operations Assistant to join our Operations team, with data and CRM work forming the core focus of the role.
The main focus of this role will be data, particularly helping us improve, cleanse and maintain the quality of information held within our CRM system. You will play an important part in ensuring our records are accurate, complete and up to date, supporting better reporting, member engagement and decision-making across the organisation. Alongside this core data focus, you'll provide wider administrative support across different teams and functions as needed, including registrations, reporting, events, communications and other day-to-day activities.
This is a varied junior role, but its primary emphasis is on developing practical skills in data, CRM, AI and automation. It is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to build strong data-handling experience while also gaining exposure to member engagement and business administration.
We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in keeping information accurate, organised and up to date.
You’ll be someone who enjoys solving problems and, when faced with a repetitive manual task, naturally thinks ‘there must be a quicker way of doing this.’ We want someone who is curious about technology and AI and keen to explore smarter and more efficient ways of working.
