We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead a small, established team of Social Workers and Social Worker Assistants within our Family Help Service.
This is an opportunity to join a strong and supportive management team within a local authority where children are at the heart of everything we do, and where managers are empowered to lead reflective, relationship based practice.

You will be
- A qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
- An experienced practitioner with substantial post qualifying experience in statutory children's social care
- Experienced in managing, supervising and developing staff
- Confident in leading complex decision making and managing risk
- Skilled in building strong multi agency partnerships
- Committed to restorative and relationship based practice
