We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Football Camera Operative to join our dynamic broadcasting team. This role involves working closely with football clubs that play in the non league football pyramid. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for sports media production. Responsibilities
- Operate specialised camera equipment during live football matches to capture compelling footage used to produce football highlights.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless coverage of all on-field action.
- Assist with setting up camera positions and ensuring all safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Edit footage post-event using industry-standard software to create highlights, replays, and promotional content (optional)
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sports or event photography, preferably with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar programmes.
- Knowledge of camera operation techniques specific to live sports broadcasting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during live events.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- A passion for football and sports media is highly advantageous.
