We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our busy North London branch.
As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key member of our branch sales team, helping customers both in person and over the phone. You'll build strong customer relationships, process orders, provide product advice, and support the growth of the branch through excellent service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and is keen to develop a career within the builders' merchant sector.
Handle customer enquiries face-to-face and over the telephone
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Support the branch in achieving sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and product guidance
Ensure customers receive a prompt and professional service
Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive branch success

Week 1

Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 3:00pm
Week 2

Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 3:00pm

Alternate Saturdays: 7:00am to 11:00am
