Healthii People are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate FEMALE Complex Care Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support for adults living with complex care needs across the West Sussex area.

About the Role
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will provide one-to-one support within the client’s home and local community, promoting choice, dignity, and independence at all times. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting individuals with complex health needs, and behaviours that may challenge.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
- Supporting the client with daily living activities
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting with bowel care requirements
- Assisting with oral feeding
- Encouraging participation in community activities and social engagement
- Promoting independence, confidence, and personal development
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting concerns appropriately
- Working closely with family members and healthcare professionals
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience working within Complex Care
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the client’s changing needs
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries within a family home environment
Driving Requirement
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
