Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating, reservations, and inquiries to foster a friendly atmosphere
- Deliver excellent guest services by taking orders, serving meals, and addressing customer needs promptly paying special attention to allergen procedures
- Manage phone etiquette by answering inquiries professionally and providing accurate information about menu items or services
- Maintain a clean, organized front of house area, including dining spaces, counters, and service stations
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests, team members, and vendors
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
