Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable CCTV Engineer / Property Maintenance Operative to join our team.
This is a varied role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems, alongside general property maintenance, repairs, and labouring duties across our commercial and residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on CCTV equipment.
- Running cables and installing associated hardware.
- General building repairs and maintenance.
- Basic joinery, painting, patch plastering, and repair works.
- Assisting with property refurbishments and improvement projects.
- General labouring duties as required.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Experience installing and maintaining CCTV systems.
- Practical maintenance or construction experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work.
