# About Us
Base Serviced Apartments manages a portfolio of serviced apartments across Liverpool City Centre and Chester. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Linen Porter / Driver to join our Housekeeping team as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support the team by ensuring linen, cleaning supplies, and equipment are efficiently managed across all properties.
This role also includes basic housekeeping duties to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
#Requirements
* Full, clean UK driving licence (manual transmission essential)
* Previous hotel or housekeeping experience, ideally in a similar role
* Smart, professional appearance and physically fit
* Good spoken and written English
* Ability to follow instructions accurately
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, in line with business needs
# Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and deliver clean linen to apartments across all locations
* Prepare cleaning products and equipment for the housekeeping team
* Collect dirty linen and remove excess waste from apartments
* Carry out linen audits during collections and deliveries
* Complete daily stock counts of rejected laundry
* Assist the laundry company with linen deliveries and collections
* Keep the linen room clean, organised, and fully stocked with linen, cleaning products, and supplies
* Assist with manual tasks such as turning mattresses and moving furniture when required
* Support the housekeeping team by cleaning public areas or guest apartments during busy periods or as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
* Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor
