Duties
- Deliver a wide range of hair styling services including cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and styling according to client preferences
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon environment
- Manage store operations effectively, including front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling customer enquiries
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximise client experience and salon revenue
- Assist with store management tasks when required, ensuring smooth daily operations
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to mentor colleagues and foster a positive team environment
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction while increasing sales opportunities
