Production Lead | Scotland's First Gourmet Popcorn Shop
8am-1pm | Glasgow | £14-£15.50 ph doe
I’m looking for a creative, organised and hands-on person to take ownership of production in what will be Scotland's first dedicated gourmet popcorn shop.
This isn't a standard kitchen job.
You'll be working with industry-leading Gold Medal popcorn equipment brought over from Ohio, creating unique flavours, producing small-batch treats, experimenting with new ideas and helping shape a brand from the ground up.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
Producing our range of gourmet popcorn
Baking simple treats to be served in the café.
Helping develop new popcorn flavours and seasonal specials
Packaging and preparing products for sale.
Maintaining food safety standards and kitchen records
Managing Environmental Health documentation, temperature checks and cleaning schedules. Level 2 food hygiene and HACCP knowledge required.
Taking ownership of production quality and consistency.

· Has previous kitchen, bakery, food production or hospitality experience

This role involves helping build one.
You'll be joining at the start of something new and will have genuine input into products, processes and flavours as the business grows.
Hours
8am-1pm
Perfect for someone seeking daytime hours.
As expansion occurs, there will be opportunities to extend these or work alongside another production assistant to cover demand.
